- The normal temperature inside the cottage is approx. 20-22 ºC. Please note that when adjusting the floor heating, it takes at least 12 hours to reach the selected temperature.
- There is a limited amount of hot water, so please be frugal with it. The water warms up during the night.
- Sheets should be used on beds. In the cottage, every bed has a mattress cover and the pillows have pillow covers.
- When the electric sauna is on, part of the heating may be interrupted. Please switch off the sauna immediately after use. Do not put any scented oils, etc., on the sauna heater. Do not dry clothes in the sauna, it causes a fire hazard.
- Do not put hand dishwashing liquid in the dishwasher, only machine dishwashing liquid or tablets. The machine should not be opened in the middle of the washing program. Open the dishwasher tap, located beside kitchen tap, before starting the machine. Remember to close the tap when the washing program is finished.
- Open the washing machine tap, located on the table, before starting the machine. Remember to close the tap after the washing program is finished.
- Candles and outdoor fires may only be burned on a fire-resistant base. Please take care of fire safety.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.
- Please note that half of the yard/garden area belongs to the neighboring apartment. Do not block access to the other side of the yard, and do not park cars or other equipment on the neighbor’s side, even if the cottage seems uninhabited.
- Consider your neighbors and other vacationers. Behave respectfully and follow good manners. Give a night’s rest.
- Remember to close all windows and doors after ventilating.
- Inform the owner of the cabin if something is broken during your stay. Agree on compensation with the owner of the cottage before leaving.
- Electrical appliances (e.g. dishwasher, washing machine) must not be left on when leaving the interior. Turn off the lights, close the windows and lock the doors when you leave. Leave the heating and air conditioning settings as they were when you arrived (e.g. don’t turn off the heating, because it can cause the cottage to freeze in winter).
